Adultgarage sells domain names. Every page here is one name that is for sale. There is no account to create. The one form on this site is the lease request on a domain page; everything else is a link to Escrow.com. So unless you lease a name, we collect nothing about you ourselves.

One link on each domain page is an affiliate link to a third-party site. Following it takes you there under that site’s own terms, and the link carries the name of the page you came from so we can tell which names send visitors. Nothing is set or recorded on this site when you click it.

What loads on these pages

• Google Analytics counts which names draw interest. It sets its own cookies.
• A challenge in front of the offer link, which checks that an offer is coming from a person. It is strictly necessary — without it the link is a bot funnel — so it runs either way.

Analytics loads only after you agree to it. Decline and it never runs; the name is still for sale and every page still works. You can change your mind from “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a refusal and never ask.

Two things are kept in your own browser and never sent anywhere: your colour-theme choice, and your answer to the question above — the word “granted” or “denied” — so you are not asked again on every page. Change the answer from “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page, or clear this site’s data to be asked afresh. There is no server-side record of either.

If you make an offer

The offer button hands you to Escrow.com, which collects your details under its own privacy policy and on its own site. We receive what Escrow.com passes on about a live transaction — a name, an email address, an amount — and use it to negotiate and complete that sale, nothing else. It is kept while the name is for sale and for 24 months after the last message between us; records of a completed sale are kept for seven years because tax and contract law require it.

If you lease a name

The lease form sends your email address and the term you chose to this site’s one endpoint, which opens the lease with Escrow.com and hands you to its agreement page. We keep that request — the email address, the term, the payment amounts, and the approximate location your connection reports — to complete the lease and to tell a retry from a second request, under the same retention as an offer. Escrow.com collects everything else under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to it being used. Write to [email protected] and a person will answer within 30 days. In the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority; in California, Colorado and comparable US states the same rights apply under those laws.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18.
